Aliza or support! Help me!

I spent 4 hours on a boss raid today and I think it's a Rocco with 900hp left dissappeared! Along with my pals Angelo hat he spent 2 hours on.
Even my other pals I think rhor and some octobud dissappeared! That's a combination of 8-9 hours work lost! My pals only farm for me and they don't have the ability to kill it so I do them a favor by killing it and givin them 1 boss essence. But my entire page of bosses is gone and my boss timer reset! I still have 5 hours till it resets! I have contacted support but Elle from support 12 often ignores me and it takes days:(

I'm Asking you haypi please compensate me with the boss essence for my lost raids and for the trouble!
Nothing this bad has happened in All of my experience playing this game!
I'm vey upset...please helP me out.

Me and you and whoever else might, unfortunate. This thing happened to me as well. I reported this like 1 or 2 weeks ago and support said they will just look into this. So until now they didnt fix it.

Unfortunately, it's going to be a 99% chance of no compensation... Numerous incidents similar to this, both in haypi dragon to haypi monster occurred, and I received NOTHING. The one that still aggravates me is when I landed on a lv4 synth on a boss wheel (which is the haypi monster equivalent of getting a fenrir out of an egg x2), and it did not show up in my warehouse. I sent numerous emails about it to haypi support and got no help or compensation from their response.

Maybe times have changed though! I hope you do get compensation for your lost bosses and I feel your pain... I'm with you 100% on this!

same!!! this happened 2 times to me already! first time it was crystal when i woke up the next morning it suddenly disappeared. then it was leshy! 2-3hours after i found it i went back to boss raid and suddenly it disappeared again! missed 6 boss essense cause of this!

Same here. I found a vertedeath this morning at around 8:30am est (GMT-5) and when I logged on at end of my work day at 6:00pm est, I had no boss :\

The thing is this boss took me 4 hours and all my pals bosses got wiped too! 8-10 hours work! This is intolerable and happens often!

Thanks Vicky and Luv2Leet did do a great job.
I really don't like that I wasted about 8-10 hours because this has been happening ALOT. Thanks for the effort anyway and hope you come up with some kind of repayment for this.
