at the start i thought i not will need sally and now i regret that i sold the scroll cuz i need for my collection..what i can do if its not even in the magic shop?im pretty sure i not will be lucky to get the scroll in gold chest...can i maybe ask the support give me back the scroll>?

You will be lucky to get it from crystal chest...=_=

I opened plenty, 30 plus. One Kreepie scroll

Other items are catalyst,money, mostly money, and potions,jellies, love potions, etc

You can try and ask support.

At the moment, that is the only way to get those scrolls. I'm not even sure you can get them in the chests since I have neither encountered any nor have heard anyone getting any.

I am pretty sure they will include a way to get these scrolls in the future, though! I think the magic shop will be this so we just have to sit tight until they implement that.
