Thor's 4th Skill Slot

Is it me or does Thor lack a Naturally learned skill for the 4th skill slot?

Its not you, Its the truth. And bad thing is it takes the 1 skill lightning and replaces it with lightning strike. Going from a physical attack to a magical attack. Not much good if you have adrenaline talent

Edit: sorry Neon gets lightning strike in place of lightning. Rhor at lvl 40 gets Lightning strike, lightning, and Ultrasonic. The 4th slot is Empty. Maybe its a bug or Haypi didn't catch it and just made a mistake?

I'm sure it's intended, rhor is a pretty old monster. That spot is there for you to fill with a skill without overwriting another. That's my best guess.
