Help please?

First off not sure if this is a iTunes problem or a haypi co. Problem but...

I bought an iTunes card and I redeemed it then I tried to buy a chest or something( $50 one) and it said not enough funds, so then I put in my credit and then tried and it says unable please visit "www.apple.com/iTunes/support/ww." And then I go there and there's nothing there to help me out with this problem. I also tried taking out credit card info then buy I $10 thing and it still won't work.

Please help?

Have you updated your Appleid security questions since november? If not you may need to do that. It worked for me and another in the past. Ill edit this post with a link in a min.

can go here, reset password, but check the email verification. then should be able to make new security questions.

Is it advising you that you're not allowed to purchase the coins and you must contact Apple Support?

If yes, then, that's exactly what you need to do. I don't know what country you're located in so you just need to search for Apple Support for your own country and find the link to App Store support. There should be a number of ways to contact them - phone, e-mail, messenger, etc. - and just choose the one that is most convenient. I used the chat messenger in the past, when I had this problem, and I did have to wait a while but it was only a few minutes. They will fix it for you and they should tell you to wait half an hour. This just means that you need to be logged out of the corresponding account in the App Store for at least half an hour when they say this.
It should work after this without any problems.
If there are persistent problems, just contact them again.
