To Haypi or anyone that can help....

I'm trying to buy coins, and it isn't my account or my card becuz I went to a different app bought a bag thingy, and I also bought some music, so my money isn't bad or anything. So haypi I really just wanna buy some coins and give you guys some money. So please fix this or tell me how to fix, very much appreciated.

Did you contact App Store support for your country, like I suggested?
Did you tell them that you can't purchase in-game currency on this particular game?

You need to tell them that you want to purchase currency in this game and they will do everything for you. As I said before, you just need to wait at least half an hour (logged out) then.
This happened to me as well before and I phoned them the first time and I talked to them in a messenger the other time. It worked right after both times.
