account ban

in my server(28) there is one boy that always spamming and if we put him in ignore he make new accounts and say that they his brothers and stuff like that..
so today when i woke up (hour ago) i readed in the chat that he was banned for 6 hours from the chat..
my question is why only 6 hours?how can we make haypi to ban him at least for a week or even more?
just don't tell me to ignore or ban him..its impossible!he always find a way to annoy...
i can prove my words with pictures and alot ppl can support me on this..
what we can do about this person?!?!?seriously help!!

Thanks for your concern.
The 6-hour mute was a warning as well as punishment for his spamming. If he is caught continuing such behaviour, he will receive much more severe punishment as a result. If you see him spamming again, please kindly send us the screenshots through menu-help-support or at monstersupport@haypi.com, we will confirm it and do something to stop him.
