Need help, regarding account registration.

My freind registered an account but didnt finish the tutorial.

So he didnt fill in the information or password,

Is there an initial password ?

Can he log in to that account again?

He has the Id, like the one with lots of numbers.

No, he can't access that account.

When he tried to log in, it's asking for him to register a new one,

He will have to contact monstersupport@haypi.com with his WLAN Address and Support will be able to help him log in.

He can find is WLAN Address under Settings > General > About > WLAN Address.
