You realize the talent cast rain prayer only once. And does not cast again
Alway you need is one scythe to cast sandstorm and change the weather and all 4 birds will be screwed/stunned. Easy pickings for the scythe

What annoys me is you get e storm at lvl 50.
E storm is good for leveling and team modes which u need munched earlier
