Questiong regarding Weather System on Scenes/Levels

So, I was having trouble with the first few zones on Frozen Cavern Veteran, mostly because of the Blizzard weather (currently up to 7-5 veteran and 7-(1-4) all had blizzard weather).
My girlfriend suggested waiting a few hours for the weather to change, and I looked at her like she was absolutely insane.

So the argument is this:

For any given level/scene that has weather (other than cloudy), does it keep that same weather no matter how many times you play it/ what time you play it?
OR
Does it change the weather on that same level/scene after some amount of hours? (Ex: 7-1 veteran is now blizzard. in a few hours, could 7-1 veteran be scorching weather?)

For all veteran n expert in ice will be alway blizzard,wont scorched even u wait for 1 year

The weather in Frozen Cavern maps will not change, unless you cast a weather inducing skill. I believe you can really only find changing weather in the normal modes.

I would have to say I've won the argument, except for what Lexoph said. I am now curious if there is legitimacy behind her thoughts.

Are you saying that in the NORMAL scenes that have weather, an individual level might have a different weather condition one day than on another?

You only have to start the map again until you have the weather you desire.
But as it's been said this only works in normal mode.

Well, at least when I get 19 more monsters, I'll be able to use that information on Chaotic Swamp Normal.
