You know what? I actually think this will happen.
We all thought that Neo was pretty useless at the start but his evolved form came and we suddenly started using them - too much if I must say so!

I wonder if its lvl 50 stats s or c is better hipposuck

Hmm funny, it doesn't show up on mine, and when I click the encyclopedia icon on Boarbarian's stats page no description show up too.

Someone already answered this. Use the monster in battle first then it will show up in your encyclopedia.
