I knew evolving my Poes was a bad idea!

I just evolved mine to the ones I didn't have yet. I didn't check this at all so I'm afraid I have no idea.
I will try to find the answer tomorrow morning (later, actually) and I'll get back to you, if no one answers it yet!

Thanks for pointing this out. :)

EDIT:
I had 1 more Poe! You CAN gift unevolved Poes.

Can an invitee gift something to the inviter or is it only that the inviter can gift to the invitee?

If they use you for inviter, you can give them a monster, when that player reaches level 12, If you gifted a monster, the system will give you a Skill book Chest. However the player that you invited can not send you anything.

As with Bullhead said, ONLY the inviter can gift 1 monster to the player they invited. It doesn't work the other way around.

I understand how the gifting and pal systems work right now, but I personally think they should be changed. First of all, One total monster gift to a pal is a bad system. Period. You should be able to gift friends as well, but have it available less frequently or with more restrictions than with people you've invited. They should add a "gift back" or "trade" function to make the pal gift the sender a monster of equal or greater rarity in order to be able to receive another gift monster from that person, or they should put a cooldown on it like one monster per day (maybe 1/day for VIP, 1/week for non VIP), maybe the cooldown could vary depending on the rarity of the monster, perhaps put a cap on the number of monsters that can be gifted based on rarity (i.e. 1 total legendary, 5 total epic, 10 total rare, 50 uncommon, unlimited common). Maybe make a cost to receive the monsters based on rarity as well... They could do a combination of the suggestions i just made as well. Either way I think it is beneficial to be able to gift more than just one total monster, because it gives extra incentive for people to invite more potential players/customers. Lets be honest, this game was based off of pokemon and trading was a major component of it, so why completely phase that part out of the game?
