Weather Mystery Talents

Hey Guys,

I was wondering, Haypi Tutorial says that there are two ways to summon weather:
1) Through attack skills such as Rain Prayer
2) As a mystery talent, examples of such talents are Heat Wave, Rain, Sand Storm and Blizzard...

My question is, where are those monsters capable of using such talents? I've looked through most monsters and it is nowhere to be found... I mean even the legendary "brothers", Phoenix, Fenrir, Hippo don't seem to have those. Which monster has those talents?

Can someone shed some light on the matter?

I only know of Glider's Cloud Summoner.
I thought that other monster, like Bubbles and Lambush, can summon these but I guess not.

I believe they will add more monsters for these but right now, elemental weather aren't automatically casted by any monster, as far as I know.
