Thunderstorm

Thunderstorm miss a lot. Is it just me or everyone agree with me? Please enlighten me..

it has 90% hit rating so it would miss a little more than say lightning which is at 95%. it seems to work fine though.

it is possible that it does not miss a lot - it's just that the opponent's monsters dodge a lot

Hahaha. Yeah, you have enlightened me as well

I'm more of a "the glass is half empty" kind of person. Rather than seeing the 5% decrease in hit rate compared to other moves, it appears to me as "Thunderstorm now misses TWICE AS MUCH (5% to 10%) compared to other moves"

And also, it always seems to miss the most during crucial moments in Ladder and PvP... Sigh.
