Celestial Prayer, SUPER fire bomb dont give the debuff???

i just found this out after match with ignightmare in Ladder, he cast a celestial prayer and do the "Super Fire Bomb" and result no attack debuff for ignightmare.. is that true ?? or this is bug? just for clear..

iTS TRUE, same goes for Water torrent when its raining, and Super t storm when raining, and Massive boulder when a sand storm. The negative side effects do not apply.

Also super fire bombs does not debuff during a sandstorm.

There is no debuff in this case. My server's top ladder player actually has an Ignightmare that casts PoD, Celestial Prayer, and Super Fire Bomb (in this order), then proceeded to OHKO my entire team...

Correct, My Draco has Super fire bomb, celestial prayer, wild fire, and pyroblast. whenever im up against a tough opponent or an expert level that has items restrictions, I use CP then go to town with the Super fire bombs. No attack debuff.
Same with my pegway, i use RP and then water torrent, no stuns, Switch to Rhor and Use Super T Storm, without stunning self.
