Actually S neon with winged boots have 145 speed , a S rhor have 155 speed and if u dont know , when the monsters speed is within 10 points both the monsters are counted as the same speed stage so the first one to attack will be randomly - TESTED !

foresight is advanced supplementary skill. like what redlacket says it allows you to dodge your opponent's hits - 100%, 3 PP

i doubt this.. my rhor always move first, unless i got paralyzed which makes rhor hit last..

No, he's right. My neon wears boots too and it NEVER make a move before rhor except it cast POD. If it's like u said how can my S Rhor with speed of 155 NEVER make a move before my friend's S Rhor with speed of 156?

Hi haypi , So i went to test my S rhor at pvp vs my friend's S neon , and the surprise is that his neon was faster than my rhor and that cant be on any case , lvl 50 rhor pure S have 155 speed points , pure S lvl 50 neon have 145 speed while using WINGED BOoTS , so rhor have +10 points more than a neon with full speed , and he didnt even have accelator , hr just had adaptability that dont affect speed , please check it out !
