Actually, those A+ stats may not have the same values at the highest levels. At the lower levels, the difference is minuscule that it's not noticeable but the gap widens when the monster gets to 48+ or so.

This is the same for some pure S monsters sometimes have a stat 1 point lower than another pure S of the same monster.

Im in the process of getting a ~A Grade Shadow this way.

Though this whole, Advance Skills on Epic+ monsters only thing kind of just makes this busy work.

So meaning it will take more time to make a rank S monster if you wanna make all the monsters that needed for the synthesis ...
So in short it's just a waste of time..?

When you only get 1 scroll ever (as far as I know) then not that much of a waste of time.

Doing it for a monster that will never get decent skills? Then yes, its a fairly large waste of time and silver.
