A person could, say, receive a Phoenix or a 1st form felicity scroll from gold chest right?

I don't think those monsters are available in scroll form yet. Pheonix for sure is not available for anyone in the game yet. and Felicity is only when you can buy it with honor points.

I count those legendary monsters as the most useless things on this game since no way to get them and if we did we cant get a breeding pair -_-' so i would prefer epics than wasting my money for 1 legendary !
