I don't think it's worth trying to kill Vertedeath with Psychic Thrust. The confusion debuff it gives to Neon is pretty unreliable. Mind-Bending will need 3 hits as well as far as I know.

I would suggest another monster to kill Vertedeath. Neon, in my opinion, wasn't created to be an excellent Vertedeath killer (from my experiences).

Correct. I have pure S Vertedeath and met an Invalidate Neon yesterday.
