There is an Angelo in some of the Expert maps - as bosses, but also in the Sealed Space team mode. If you battle that with some of the more commonly used monsters, you'll see that it's slower than some of them. It might not be a pure S Angelo, though, but if compared with even a C Draco, it's not faring too well.

lol i think same stats is only for elemental legendaries...

Fight an Angelo, then fight a Crystal. You will definitely notice a difference in speed.
