Swindle?

You guys got an answer cuz I know you do. Also what is the swindle skill.

Swindle is an advanced Ghost-type skill.
It has 1 power and 85 accuracy.

Basically, the move takes out a few PPs of the opponent's every skill.
It is good to pair this up with the talent 'Pressure' to further decrease the opponent's monster's skill's PPs and leave them having no moves to use!

You can get it in advanced Ghost skill book chests (it's fairly common there actually), which are found in Sealed Space expert modes.

You can use it on any level. I have no idea what chantot is referring to when he/she mentioned the level requirement. I'm sure there isn't a level requirement to use any skill. However, it must be noted that as Swindle is an advanced skill, it may only be learned by Epic rank monsters (apart from Psychic monsters as they can't learn Ghost-type skills).
