Weather effects on other elements

Hi guys,
I have been thinking about this question and I dont have the stuff to test it out myself.

If my Ig does celes and right after I switch to a lets say flight with poison leaves. The power of this attack will remain 90, and not 135, because flight isnt a grass monster. My question: Will celestial prayer avoid a Flight to be stunned after using solar smite? Same with massive builder and sandstorm and water torrent and rain prayer.

As far as I know, weather only positively benefits elemental monsters that the weather matches with. So no, Flight will still experience the debuff after using a 120 power skill.

I believe that this is right. Only the same type monsters are benefited in terms of power AND debuffs.

Flight will still get the debuf on those skills..
Weather only benefits elemental monsters...
It dos not benefit non elemental monsters at all...
