Does crystal chest spam somewhere?

Is there a place in which crystal chest drop? or can I get them just by buying them?

Buying them is the only way. 8 coins in half off shop in Miracle sea 2. roll a 6.

Maybe in the future they will be available as drops.
It is just one space so don't sell them yet!
