Neo Skills

I just got Electric Ball and i want to teach it to my Neo but i don't want to block any attacks, so i want to know in which slot Neoe learns which attacks.

If you go and look at your Neo, click on the book at the bottom left.
Then, click on 'Details' on the bottom left again.
There, you'll see the moves it will learn, which slot it will go to and at what level. It will also display the available talents.

Level: Move - Skill Slot
8: Electric Net - bottom left
12: Charge - bottom right
16: Slash - top left
21: Lightning - top right
34: Lightning Strike - top right

Lightning Strike over writing Lightning is very very annoying. Having used my Electric Ball on an E Neon and having raised a higher class on, I have a Neon with 1 Electric attack that does less damage and has less hit than Lightning. Every other Epic (AFAIK) overwrites a non-combat or the Physical skill with their hit-all move.
