How do I catch more monsters?

Okay I feel like a dummy but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to catch more monsters. There is no option for it that I can find during a battle!
I just started here since Geomon is being shut down so please bear with me!

When you're in a battle with a wild monster (and NOT a boss or mini-boss monster), you will see a green seal card just above the 'Switch' monsters option at the bottom right of the screen - this is the option to try and capture the monster. Click this and you should see all the options. Use the green seal cards if you have them or the gold if you want an auto-capture but it will cost you a lot of gold coins.
