Mineroe with Psychic Barrier

Unevolved Poe can learn any barrier & only uses common rune gems.. If you talent Poe before evolving it then any Poe evolution can have any barrier.. Ie Hydroe with electric barrier?

So what? It's not like you're gonna get them in S Class.

However, junico is right. We can't breed Poes so unless we like D class monsters, this won't get us far.

Find a Poe scroll, eliminate the need for breeding
