What monsters are needed to synthesize a grubby?

Never really understood that class of monster (the Rares that require rares to synthesize), they are harder to get, are available later and weaker than the Epics of the same element.

That said I would totally rock a Shadow if it was available earlier and didnt suck compared to Meniss

Some of them have great & unique mystery talents for pvp. Ie:
Shadow - apathetic - immune to seduction
Grubby/Glider/Crispy - pure
Angel - unnerve - each time angel is switched in matk of opponent drastically lowers
They also come with weather skills which can be useful if you don't have the prayer/blizzard/ sand storm skill for your main monster yet.

Yeah.. it really sucks that i was so excited to complete my Monsterpedia, i forgot to notice that Crispy and Glider can only be acquired via Scroll..

They look cute too ~ Unlike the other monsters when they evolve they look very different. XD!

Sorry, I'm a shallow player ~ only caring for looks of monsters. Ohohoho.

The only thing I hate is they can't be bred and I don't know why. ;_; I want armies of angels,gliders and bubbles ~ rawr.

Agreed~ I think they are adorable as well. Apathetic is great in 2v2 against double seduction teams, I hv curse on my shadow & he usually gets ignored so he can curse 2x before dying.
On my server there is mostly the same group of people who pvp often & I know which ones have curse so switching in a pure monster -> funniness.
Angel has also managed to reduce s lupa spirit channel dmg against it to 5hp by switching repeatedly.
