DEF Boost

Does anyone know the percentage increase of defense stat with this talent? That seems like important information to know, wouldn't you think so, haypi?

Re: DEF Boost

I'm curious about this as well but from what I've seen on pvp bots it seems to be double that of armor II and better than armor iii on behemoth.

Edit : I gauged this on how much damage my s scythe does using martyrdom against pvp bots. Around 80-90% vs scythe with armor II bot vs ~50% against def boost scythe bot.

Re: DEF Boost

Im curious about ALL buffs and debuff stats! Id like to see the numbers for all of them. I mean Haypi has to know what # they are. So why cant us players know how much our stats are increasing or decreasing?

Re: DEF Boost

My S Cygness with speed boost makes it faster than Draco and neon but not as fast as Thor - so at least a 40 point increase but less than 60. If I had to guess I'd say its a 50% boost (cygness has 95 speed plus 50% puts it around 142 speed where neon and Draco are around low to mid 130's with Thor having 150+) and I'd of thought armor boost work the same.

wow that sounds like alot of stats increase! i tried to get adapt on my S cygness but failed numerous times and ended up with speed boost instead. do you think it's useful enough to keep it?

Re: DEF Boost

Definitely, I'm quite please I actually didn't manage to get adapt myself. Speed boost makes it faster than everything apart from rhor, ig and felicity. Ig is not a problem as its the opposite element so won't do any real damage to you so won't matter going last, rhor you're weak against so will be switching out anyway and felicity I don't have any experience with but would prob switch cyg out then for a physic barrier physcoe or pampered. On my speed cyg I have rain prayer, soak, water torrent and water bombs and with its great stats in every category it's make cyg a great tank.

Thanks! Luckily I saw your post before wasting more runes to get adapt lol.

Re: DEF Boost

That will be great if haypi clarified for us the percentage of each buff / debuff and damage calculation .
