Drop Rate - Reply From Support

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share with you the message from support regarding the drop rate issue.

1st Message: "With regard to the drop rate, there hasn't any change in that part in 1.2 . Please check. "

But then I said that there has been definitely a change in the frequency of the chests as evident from the observation of other players and this is their reply:

2nd Message: We will look into the drop rate of skill book chest again.

So uhm, be patient and maybe we can put the conspiracy theories at rest for the mean time? I'd like to be more positive that it's a bad case of randomness in the game. I don't think it was intentional in any way - just another problem that came with the update perhaps, - I also just want to give the Haypi team some credit.

7 days straight without any adv chest popping up. I thought it's just me.

I see around 2 each day in 11 expert tries.

In 2 days i see only a one book chest

I SEE a lot.. But I don't get ANY...

I used to see so many.... now I haven't seen a single chest in over roughly a week and half.

There has to be a change in the drop rate, cause the Skill Books and Skill Book Chest are different items

100 expert attempts, not a single book.

You must be all really unlucky guys i guess. For the last 20 days or so ( Since the update) i saw at least 2 Skillbookchests every day. Sometimes 5 a day, sometimes 2 days none. But over all, 2 skillbookchests a day. And i think, thats ok. Today i even had 3 adv. skillbookchests in one wheel. lol

I have found if you do the same level 2 times and dont see any, try another level, Or even different venue. Like none in Jungle expert, try Stone vault 1 time, then go back to Jungle. It might be me, but it seems to disrupt the unluckies for me.
