Celestial prayer

Ok I know it does not boost fire/tree DMg for non fire/tree monsters.

But does it cleanse the debuff on non-fire/tree mobs.

For example
If flight cast superfire bomb does the sun eliminate the atk debuff?

Anyone ?

I have reason to believe not because I've seen a meniss use water torrent while raining and still get stunned.

Anyone ?

The debuff protection is also only for fire using fire skills and plant using plant skills

Is there any talents that will protect non fire/tree? Something like own tempo
