Outraged

Spent 5-8 gems on behemoth to get armor 3 and he now can't even finish off a meniss in one hit with massive boulder

Also is sandstorm worth putting on behemoth, and does behemoth vast sandstorm before self sac or martydoom? That will suck if it does.

Re: Outraged

The weather effects are cast first for my monsters. Annoying really.

Re: Outraged

Armor I's discription stated that the drawback of having heightened defense was a lower offense. It would only make sense to have it scale, the stronger the defense the larger the offense debuff.

And in my experience, Mantis usually use sandstorm and then matyrdom.

Re: Outraged

So even if it's a smiter my behemoth will cast sandstorm?:/
Is it worth it? And the offense decrease is so big though!
120 powered massive boulder is almost like a 70-90 power it seems like.

Re: Outraged

It depends on what you're planning to use behe for. Offensive or defensive? It's one or the other and the build will definitely affect your damage and skill set.

What build do you suggest for an offensive behe? I think the designers make it really crapy, or just thought about him as defensive monster.

The other behe's talents suck for being an epic... Scythe has resurrect and the def boost, which are booth quite nice IMO. However, behe has only one usable that is only for a defensive build and if you want it to be offensive you need to use a suboptimal skill.

Re: Outraged

If you want an offensive behemoth then do not use a defensive talent like Armor-III

Re: Outraged

Yes, don't use Armor 3 if you want an offensive Behemoth. Go for Formation if you really need more attack.
Behemoth isn't really a monster that strikes everyone as an offensive monster. It's really more like a tank, like Pewgway, but a better attack.

Try Scythe if you want an offensive Earth type. With Resurrect, it is pretty deadly!

Re: Outraged

Scythe = cheaper , so much better attacks , not bad defence , high speed , evolve at a lower level .
Behe = expensive to make , need evolve item and evolve at 32 , not that good attacks , may have great defence but its speed destroyes it , bad talents .
So i am makin a scythe and i guess its the right choise !
