My account has been replaced, please help.

My ID is Stix421, origanilly from server 26, my account didn't let me in, it kept saying "user does not exist" so I pressed start, it started a new account, so I named it Stix421, thinking it wouldn't work, put the password, and email, I did all of this, and now I'm in server 33, is there a way I can get my old account in server 26? I am a vip5 in 26 and I don't want to waste more money on a new account, please help.

I did write to support, but I guess I have to wait, how long do they usually take to reply?
