Why is Lupa so powerful? I can't see it

I'm wondering why people say that Lupa is overpower.

I'm new to the game, so I don't know if he gets OP in greater levels or when he is S grade, or if haypi nerfed it. I have one but gets pwned really easily, or it is because it should have some high level techniques?

Any feedback is welcomed.

He was never overpowered. He was very good for a rare monster but as people get epics with epic level skills lupa doesn't help as much anymore. People cried about it way back when. He's still a very good starting monster but get epic monsters when you can and you'll be better off.

If they allowed lupa to use epic skills it would be very good

So, between breeding epic monsters and a lupa, should I go for the epic ones?
Do I need him to pass sealed space or something?

Lupa is great in SS normal.. I soloed SS with a level 35 Lupa

You get epic scrolls from Veteran modes. I believe you need to spend a little money in game to unlock 5 tries.

Really? I have mine at lvl 34 but gets pwned really easily...
I even give him sewage and poison petals... and nothing...
That's why I was asking about the grade.. maybe being A or S...

At first i thought the same , i breeded it to grde A+ and didnt find it that good monster but the thing that makes it good is that no monster got advantage over it and it can get all type of skills .
