It's because most of you are stupid. Companies target the majority, not the minority. We with brains are the minority. Only a dumbass would even consider buying the chests. Just consider this; how many children have access to their parents iOS devices? How many parents have currency on their iTunes account? The majority of the players of this game are ~11, and as we all know, 11 year olds are compulsive. The easier it is to bring about the impluses, the more money Haypi makes. Simple business.

Instead of making the skill book chest half price, they should make it so that you get any book of your choice.

Maybe the company thought that players just didn't pay for them because it's too highly priced? I know some people are rich but I know they aren't rich enough to be able to buy loads and loads of these.
Also, maybe they just wanted to test this idea out to see if it works?

Thats how it is man, a adv chest book is a low drop rate i suggest grinding miracle sea 7 and exp vulc or jungle because i have gotten a few adv book's from miracle sea 7.
