PVP Scores?

Weekly scores & monthly scores
Do they reset each month or they stay as it is?
And when does monthly scores update? Is it every 1st of the month?

Weekly score resets every week.

Monthly score is the average of the last 4 weekly scores, so it changes every week but it doesn't reset.
