Toxic stake, sliders can't learn it?

Toxic stake: supplementary skill
It scatters poisons dust around target
When opponent switches monsters, the new monster gets a poison debufF
It can be stacked twice for more effectivity



Well, doesn't sound like a good skill to me
But it's bugged.

I tried all my monsters, only branchy can learn it.
That's so weird .

Anyone know what's wrong with this skill!

I dont know whats wrong with it but thank you for answering my question of what it did, I missed it on wheel this morning and didnt know

It's not as effective as a well known move in that similar franchise because we can have only 4 monsters max.

I don't have it yet but I'm guessing that's just a bug.

The 1 I Missed was from Jungle vet mode. I dont remember which exact level though.
