Adapt is getting nerfed right?

They definitely nerf-ed it. It's doing about half the damage now (approximately).

~and I didn't know you can't play the game. Every update I just downloaded it as soon as possible.

At the moment, unless it's a water type, I think Neon can't 1 hit most monsters (obviously there will be those with low defences).
The same goes from my Draco. Even with Fire Blast and Fire Bomb it's hard to 1 hit monsters if they aren't weak against it.

I switched from Adapt to Accelerator on Neon because I found the latter more useful.

If your monsters are S rank and he still one hits them, it's definitely a bug. Post it on the 'Bugs' section so it'll get fixed.

I think he also had some kind of power up thing called the power of darkness or something

Oh! Well that might be the reason why! Power Of darkness increases all of a monsters stats. An Adapt Neon can still 2 hit most monsters so that might be the reason why. ^^
