Re: Having problems receiving a purchased coin package?

From posts in the Bug Section, I could make up that the Haypi Staff is on a 1-week holiday, ending at September 22th.
Finally back on track and ready to help you guys :D!

Re: Having problems receiving a purchased coin package?

I thought it was only a glitch in their server. So I purchased again the $4.99 coin package and viola, same result it say the transaction is successful but I didn't received any coins. So all in all it's 2 pieces $.99 and 1 piece $4.99 coin package. so all I can do is wait till their vacation is over. Hope the admin act fast .... :(

Re: Having problems receiving a purchased coin package?

Still no action for the monster team. I already send the receipt , I'm icebucks23 on server 45, how much longer do you intend for me to wait for you to take action. I purchased 2 pcs $.99 coin package and 1 pc $4.99 coin package , and I don't received anything yet. I already send emails to your support team. it's close to a week now since I emailed you, I patiently wait for your vacation to be over, so expect for you to act ASAP.

Re: Having problems receiving a purchased coin package?

I was very upset about my problem. I was waiting for almost one week now. The haypi support team just emailed me that they are unable to locate my Order. Hays... So tired about this. Now all I want is to refund my money.

You should contact the haypi support team. I also have that problem now. I wonder what is the cause of this. I wanted to buy a coin but hesitating now, just want to have go signal from the haypi team.
