Having problems receiving a purchased coin package?

Need clarification I'm not insane. So I have 54.82$ in my iTunes/AppStore account. When I go to purchase the 750 gold coin package in game it says I have insufficient store credit? (see uploaded picture for reference) it already did this to me yesterday so I bought 2 270 coin bundles instead thinking oh there must be an in game service charge and I only have 50$ in my account. Which then left me with 4.82$ which is why I have 54.82$ in my account now. Can someone please tell me if this is an in game glitch or if there is some ridiculous service charge on buying coins and I am legitimately short money in my account. Thanks.

How long does it usually take for HM Support to provide feedback or reply to iur concern? How would we know that our concern is already being addressed or has been received?

I have sent mails via Support tab in-game yet no reply or acknoedgement mail has been received.

could you please check and forward the confirmation letter you received from Apple to monstersupport@haypi.com or please contact our in-game support? We'll check and get back to you with correspondent solutions or suggestions.

I made a purchase of 270 gold coins (id MH2B0WWBS9), but to me they were never delivered. coo card accounts written off the money, but the purchase, I never got it. It's been over 5 days. what to do?
PS: After I bought the 9 coins, and they came right away.

I bought a package for 19.99 and I did not receive any coins, also didn't receive a confirmation email and yet, iTunes charged me for it.
Is there just a delay? Or is there some sort of error?
