Anyway of acquiring a second Draco? Beside coin purchase!

No. Flicker can be a good substitute though.

Yes, unfortunately, you have to fork over 800 coins for a second one.

I personally don't have a problem with just a C Draco but as Marionette said, Flicker is an alternative.
