He is adorable It's too bad we can't breed him. If you could, it'd be nice, but otherwise, lupa will be better just because he can be bred to S. At c+, I don't think it'll be better [and at 28, each level gives about 1-2 points ish... so maybe just add like 16-17 to everything, 24ish to MATK and maybe 12ish to ATK because it seems like a magic monster and viola... still kind of weaker] But I'd be glad to compare my C+ lupa at level 28 with yours once I level it to 28 c: I'll post it up here in a few.

P.S. try preferred instead, with psychic barrier or MDEF boost for lupa instead. breedable too!

At least that one looks cute. Shadow looks meh.
