This talent seems a bit similar to Guts

Question is , would Burn(Debuff) still decrease the attack of the monster while having this talent?

Competitive increases the monsters physical attack when it's given a debuff like burn, poison, confuse, etc. I'm wondering this also now that you mention it. I personally think this is the most effective talent for champ but burn could negate it if it's atk debuff is the same or more than the talents buff.

Yeah, I really think it's the best for champ, i mean, he gets STAB for Rampage
