Hi,
I need help and i appriciate if any of you may help me.
Problem : Forget password and unable to retrieve my password back.
After haypi monster new update. there new feature where we can add new acc. I accidently click on new acc and i unable to login to my main acc. I did not register yet my old acc and my username name still HA_14***.
I dont remember my password thus i try to retrieve the password by visit haypi.mobi/gm however firstly it pop up unknown error and the next day i try again it pop up " Your email is invalid so you cannot retrieve your password. Please contact Haypi Support " .
I did email my problem to monstersupport@haypi.com but their solution is by advise me to visit haypi.mobi/gm which i already mention that i already did. Up to now there still no feedback. I really hope for someone to help on this matter. In addition i did donate on that acc
