Last skills for gnasher?

I have a lvl 31 gnasher and he wasn't learning any new skills anymore so I was wondering if this is the last stage @@ I got a skill book - water jet , and so I was wondering if I could replace bubbles with it.. but I'm scared that bubbles may be replaced in the future with other natural skills like water cell (is water cell a natural skill??) so idk what to do >< does any skill replace bubbles? and can we learn water jet and water cell naturally in a higher level?

and a last question ><!! (sorry I'm so confused )
does branchy's hypothesis get replaced by any natural skill?

Gnasher won't learn new skill after lv 24.
Branchy's hypnosis won't get replaced by any other natural skills.
