Is oogway good? After evolving to the final stagr

Hi, I'm debating myself
Whether to breed a nice shark, crab, or oogway.


Please help. Right now I have a Shelly, which is not very good.
I really need a replacement water monster.

So what should I choose?

I have female and male oogway. Thanks.

shelly is horrible, gnasher (the shark) is ok but not great, crusty (in my opinion) is better than pewgway but pewgway can learn better moves and has a lot more HP
