Please reply immediately if you respect my message. PLEASE i need an update or still can i retrieve it. THE incident happened 2 days ago february 5 ,2014 . Please if i can still retrieve it. at the beginning of my addiction my secondary account sacrificed an a- male flaunt leaving me with only the female. i sent so many messages to support never even got a respond. lesson learned always lock your monsters. but i hope your experience with support is much better. good luck

The case is that if you have accidentally made the operation, for Haypi Monster players, you have a chance to restore your mal-operation. You can restore up to 3 item(s) or monster(s) which have been accidentally disenchanted or sacrificed within 30 days (counted back from the date you apply for Haypi Monster Restoration Service）. However you need to know that the next availability of the Service won't come until 6 months later.

You can use the mal-operation-relevant account to apply for the Service. If you have requested for this servcie before, you'll need to make sure that this time you meet the availability requirement.
