First non vip of my server (40) to beat Bl Exp 15
. Granted i had the use of minos, but they werent instrumental in my strategy for 13 and 15.
Will post my strategy that i employed to help other people with generally weaker monsters.
bl 13
s-clawpard FA: chill +2, pod, blizz, absolute zero (this is key to use on mini bosses that you otherwise cant kill, its based a lot on luck, but sometimes 25% is not that bad). Pod + low hp FA trigger does massive dmg, if you have auroala borealis even better.
s-draco Adapt: sfb +1, wildfire, cp, pryroblast
s-ang intimidate: need to swap this in for bosses.
s-levi Thorn (thorn is so useful, every single damage you deal back is extra handy, for more success, multiple soaks can be very beneficial! but ofc i couldnt afford that): Curse (sometimes you miss but 95% is a pretty good success rate, and if you have soak, the hp you have left will get back up), torrent (i had a pretty nice hit rate even with sandstorm oddly enough), pod, soak (again if you can afford more, even better, just stand and tank and watch their hp dwindle away with curse + thorn)
s-smiter fa: photo, razor leaves, lethal powder, solar smite
Lethal powder + photosynth stacking with curse etc. = a crapton of dmg over turns.
Honestly, i cannot stress enough how important it is if you do not own OELs to use skills that are close to 100%.
*The most important thing to remember is to play smart. If you can keep healing using soak and photo by letting thorn do supplementary dmg instead but not wasting a turn attacking then great, the key is to make sure for the next battle your hp remains as high as possible. A lot of the later BL stages, you cannot use heals and its paramount you want to save as many res cards as possible unless absolutely necessary.
In total, i only used 15 res cards from 13-15. A lot of the time its better to restart a bad start, then simply going through especially if you are frugal like me and do not have many to begin with.
