Anyone knows if meniss uses kamikaze will it take the self inflicted damage?

No but it doesn't hit for much either

I'd say it's no good. Flight is amazing with it only because kamikaze is it's own element and it's learned naturally. Perhaps your only hope would be rhor, neon or behemoth.

Rhor and Neon have the highest atk that I know about so far, [121 and 125 respectively].

Behemoth has more than both of them, having 133 atk, but it learns kamikaze naturally, so useless.

Yes you should be ok. Just enter in your username and PW. I had to reinstall HD a few times oer the last year and everything was fine. HM should be the exact same.

I un-downloaded the game and re-downloaded it a few days ago and I still had my account.
You just need to know the details for your account and you should be fine.

The restrictions for each level is shown in the right window above the level select pane. I'm thinking for 1-5 it's Items are Unavailable.

yea, i see it. but i can't figure out what it is.
the X covers up the symbol.

Basically, that's just the 'no items' symbol. I'm sure you know that that means you can't use jellies to heal, PP pots to restore PP and dice as well as that items your monsters are holding will be disabled.
You can use the full heal, though - that which will cost you 2 gold coins. You may also use resurrection cards/gold to resurrect after all your monsters have been defeated.
