Yes, I know I have called certain monsters OP a lot in the past, and I still think certain monsters are, especially Pegasus.
I also understand that it can look annoying and whining to some people, and I apologize for that if that's the case.

However, I also have experience, and I want this game to be balanced. A lot of the examples you named got addressed already.

Chimera got balanced by adding the betting system, this also works for Fenrir, altough I think Fenrir is still on the OP side.

Bragga is definitely on the upper hand when it comes to Epic, I don't think there are a lot of Epics that can kill a Bragga with Double Double in a 1-Epic monster brawl. However, due to the fact that Bragga is hard to synthesize, let alone 2, most people that have an S Bragga have a team of Legendaries too. With the amount of Legendary users in PvP, this isn't a real issue, but it's still out of balance for an Epic.

Pegasus is still ridiculously strong, and I would still like to see it nerfed down still . May it be lower DEF and MDEF, less HP, changes in Psychic skills or Magic Storm, it needs changing.

As far as I know, I've never complained about Cerberus being OP, solely because I understood it was a bug that made it deal 200% damage instead of 100%.

Again, for everyone that might see me as some whiny kid that cries at every OP monsters, the reason I do so is because I want Haypi Monsters to be balanced, stable and well-playable for everyone. Not a place where the people with one single OP monster are leading.
