That character looks eerily like a league of legends champion, Elise of the Shadow Isles. :\

I found a picture of her as part of my inspiration , even though I didnt know her name. I love her face. And those red pointy feet.

I got a huge picture with all 600 Pokemon..now I just stare at them to increase my creativity lv, lol.

It's hard to imagine new mob without having seen plenty

I think it's harder to imagine a new monster after seeing many because you end up copying them. For your second drawing of "Elise" I doubt Haypi will take it as League is a really well known game and they probably won't want to get into a lawsuit with Riot Games.
