Where are the missing 44 monsters in the monster log book? Also where do you get that pheonix looking monster thats on the home page?

most of the 44 (maybe not all) are coming out in this next update. phoenix you cannot obtain as of now, but hes the final boss of sealed space 15 expert mode, hes the last monster you face and hes pretty tough from what I hear

which skills should my flaunt / lupa learn? i have the ffg skills book:
meteor
hot smoke
wild fire
whirling flame
sewage
water torrent
razor leaves
poison leaves
entwine
underworld plant
lightning
electrified teeth
electromagnetism
thunder blast
slash
stomp
whack
body slam
infliction
avalanche
rock sling

or can you give other skills aside from those mentioned above which could be a good skill for a flaunt / lupa?

Ash knows more than me on this stuff, but I'll say a few things and he can prove or disprove me. Don't teach flaunt infliction though. He learns kamikaze in the first slot after rampage at around 35 or 36 and it's stronger. Slash would be a nice replacement to smack on slot two, but I'd recommend some things other than neutral attacks though because if it had only neutral, you'd be at an extreme disadvantage with ghost. Are your flaunt and lupa S classes?

Check to see the skills whether they are physical or magical. Physical for flaunt and Magical for lupa of course. And if it's their element, even better!

For Flaunt, if you need to teach him other element type moves, try Fire Blast, Water Bomb, Poison Leaves. Teach him high power, physical moves.
You want to defeat monsters with Flaunt as much as possible.
Moves like Sword Dance and Power of Darkness, that raises his attack may help sometimes as well.

In jungle-5 Expert, what is that cave for?

That cave hosts the epic monster for that area, i.e., Jungle will have Smiter.
You will have a chance to catch him there. Although, the chances are 5% at best (low health). They said that in the update, there will be more of those.

What are Rune Gem? What they does? Where to find them? What Mystery Talents? I see diff type of Mystery Talent! Can i choose what to learn or can i learn them all?

rune gems are new items that unlock mystery talents based on your monsters rarity (the purple one are for epics, blue for rare, etc...) each monster has multiple talents (some are already activated others you need to activate yourself) and each have different abilities. you can only have 1 at a time but you cant choose which one activates, so you may need multiple gems to get the skill you want, and they can be found in prize wheels (the higher the level the better the gems youll find)
